Innovation Awards 2008

It was yet another successful night for Creative Arts at the Annual Innovation Awards. Staff and Students alike repeated last years success rate. This year winners included

Innovation Generation Awards- Student competition

1. Shauna Ward (BDes Design Communication- product design)

2. Lyndsey Bond (MDes Design Communication - Product design)

3. Eoghan Moore (BDes Design Communication - Interactive design)

Shauna and Lyndsey have also been nominated along with Mark Quing (Dare to be Digital finalist) for the Kaufman Flying Start, global fellowship, as 3 out of the 4 University representatives.

HEIF Cross Faculty competition- Staff competition: from 11 successfully finded projects out of 49 applications Creative Arts featured as the top innovators with first and third place ratings as lead applicants and also involved in the no. 7 rated  award.

3. Jusin Magee , Stephen  McGilloway (Creative Arts) and Mark Gillespie and Brian McFeteridge (Nursing)

7. Maurice Mulvenna, Suzanne Martin, Gerry McAlister, Rodney McAdam, Eric Wallace, Jonathan Wallace, George Moore, Brendan Galbraith, Justin Magee, Janet Coulter and Diane Hazlett & Fiona McMahon.
